Festa d'Estate is a longstanding [trio] centered around core members Juan Placer and Luis Nebra. Often described with the phrase 3 piece. 2 countries. 1 sound* which is an apt description for this band. *An intense fusion, blending raw aggression with musical experimentation and unorthodox rhythms, Festa d’Estate have been weaving together their music over the years, their passion for songwriting thriving amidst the whirlwind of their professional and family lives, making it hard to fathom how they've managed to stay away from stages and traditional music production. Since the band's inception, they've had a rotating lineup of members who each took on the role temporarily, leading to no physical or published material. This includes members such as Chris Broach (Braid /Life At Sea /The Firebird Band), Joe P. McRedmond (Hoover / The Crownhate Ruin) or Sean Meadows (Lungfish, June of 44) amongst others. Currently, their efforts are focused on frequent rehearsals and songwriting, with 3 members strong, featuring music veteran Luis Kleiser, who also happens to be an old friend and collaborator.
